Information
Appointments: A credit card or gift certificate is required
to reserve your appointment. We will call to confirm appointments
approximately 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy: We would greatly appreciate at least 24
hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment(s).
There will be a full service charge for no-shows and non-cancelled
appointments and/or your gift certificate will be forfeited and declared
void.
Payments: Verabella accepts cash, traveler's checks, major
credit cards, such as Visa, Master Card, & AmEx.
Gratuity: Gratuities are not be included in the service price
and cannot be added to the totals. Our therapists appreciate and graciously
accept cash, personal checks, and traveler's checks.
Gift Certificates: Verabella Skin Therapy gift certificates
are always available. They make wonderful gifts for any occasion to
give year-round. The may be purchased as an individual treatment,
a customized combination package or in a specific dollar amount.
Return/Exchange Policy: We will be happy to accept
returns on most merchandise within 30 days of purchase, with a receipt.
Returns may be exchanged for other products or store credit. No cash
or credit card refunds. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot
accept returns on open make-up/cosmetics. We are happy to provide
samples of selected items to ensure your satisfaction and approval.
